The toaster is beautiful. And functional. It makes my life just a bit easier, and I appreciate that.
Tim communicated well during the whole process. I got before/during/after photos of my toaster. Just keep in mind that it all takes time. It's not an online it in person store. Good things come to those who wait. It's a buy it for life toaster, and you won't get that anywhere else.

Attention to detail makes all the difference. If you have any interest in owning a piece of toaster history, Tim is the right man for the job. We actually own two T-20 toasters and you can tell the difference between them from across the room. Tim's is polished, clean and has a beautiful cord.
Tim did an excellent job on my T20A toaster restoration. Could not be happier with the quality of his work. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process to let us know the status and progress. Recommend Tim's Toaster restoration to anyone who has an old Sunbeam they want fixed or fully restored.
If you are on the fence, thinking about whether or not to use Tim's Toasters restoration service, you should absolutely do so! Tim's services are beyond the scope of anything I have ever experienced in the realm of restorations. His experience and insight is better than anything I could have done, simply because he has seen it all. When my T20-B arrived, I was speechless to behold the gleaming jewel that now adorns my countertop. I am certain that it looks and performs better than it ever had in 1955! This is not a rapid process because Tim has actual real life events to attend as well as his side toaster gig. But, hey! Toasters are not a life and death situation (unless a bathtub is involved), so I was fine waiting in the queue. It was totally worth it!
Tim is the absolute best at toaster restoration. He just finished my T-20B and it is magnificent!! Couldn't be more pleased with the job he did and the attention to detail that is put into his work. I highly recommend Tim for your toaster restoration job!! 🙂
Tim is a delightful person and proud of his craft. In a sea of products and services intended only to separate you from your money without actually making your life any better off, his Sunbeam repair and restoration service was refreshingly earnest and human! It's clear he loves what he does for the sake of it. He does not take for granted his strong position in a fairly niche market; he earned and maintains it!

Tim treated me like a dear friend, with unexpected kindness, respect and sincerity!
He cared enough to provide detailed accounts of his progress with my late parent's Sunbeam to ensure I was fully informed- complete with photos from every conceivable angle!!
I learned that Tim is very busy with his "real" (printing business) job, as the chairperson of the Board of Trustees at the church he has attended his entire life First UMC of London and that he visits the church almost daily to monitor the final stages of the masonry and stained-glass window restoration. Yet he made time for me- and was it ever worth the wait!!!
Because the finished product is one gorgeous work of art that I enjoy looking at every day. Not to mention having perfect toast that alluded me (and my parents) for decades!!!!

Time restored our 1953 sunbeam T-20 toaster and we absolutely love it. Everything works beautifully and the toast comes out perfect. This toaster belonged to my husbands grandmother back in the 50’s and we hope our kids will enjoy it one day to. Thank you time for all your hard work.

After spending hours trying (and failing) to repair a T-20B that has been in my family for decades, I reached out to Tim for help. I’m so glad I did because he got back with me quickly and walked me through a couple of tests that lead to a successful repair. Thank you so much for your kindness!
